Hacienda Collision Center

Very bad experience with this shop. Extremely hard to get information on my vehicle. Tried speaking with a manager but never called back. Vehicle wasn’t ready by the estimated completion time. Okay, but I never got more info on the matter. What was the delay!!! What’s an educated guess on completion, nothing. No problems with the insurance just the shop. I hope I have an accident but if I do, believe me I will never take my vehicle here again.

They did a tremendous job of repairing and restoring my car back to its former glory. I was informed frequently on the status of my vehicle and what to expect next. It was not easy being without a method of transportation, but they helped as much as possible to ensure that a streamlined process was taken. When I picked up my vehicle, I was completely wordless as they had not only repaired it, they cleaned it so well that it looked like a new vehicle all over again. Excellent place. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any collision related repairs needed.

“I had a great experience with Hacienda Collision Center. From the beginning, everyone was very professional and helpful. Kelly took care of my case and was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and I am very satisfied with the results. I truly appreciate all their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. Thank you so much!” —————————————————————— I wanted to leave another review because Hacienda Collision Center truly went above and beyond for me. After my accident, my passenger window stopped working, but the other driver’s insurance company refused to cover the repair. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Kelly and her manager took the time to help me find the replacement part and arranged for it to be installed at a very affordable price. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for me and the excellent customer service they provided. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop w

I don’t use an auto collision center by choice, but when the need arises, I always return here—and for good reason. From start to finish, the entire process is handled with professionalism and care. Victoria at the front desk is incredibly attentive and efficient. She makes everything easy, from setting up the insurance claim to arranging a rental car. The coordination is seamless, and she truly takes the stress out of the situation. The team keeps you informed every step of the way with regular text updates and clear communication, which I really appreciate. They even arrange for the rental car to be picked up right there once your vehicle is ready. The quality of the work is outstanding—everything is done with precision, and my vehicle is always restored to its original condition. If any issues come up afterward, their work is guaranteed, and they stand behind it without any pushback. A special thank you to Mr. Rodriguez, technician Daniel, and Victoria for their dedication and excellent service behind the scenes. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality auto repair.
